Premium Plan

Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. Create a free CaptureGem account or sign in, then choose a plan on the upgrade page and pay by card at our secure checkout. The upgrade page shows the current prices and compares the free and Premium features.

Yes. A monthly subscription renews every month and a yearly subscription every year until you cancel. Your account page shows when the current period ends, and we usually email you a reminder before a renewal.

Sign in, open your account page and select Manage Subscription to cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the account page shows that date under Premium Access Ends. If you change your mind before then, select Reactivate Auto-Renew.

On your account page, Manage Subscription lets you update your payment details, and See Billing History lists your past payments. If a renewal payment fails, the account page shows Past Due; update your payment method there to restore Premium.

Yes. Payments are handled by our secure checkout partner. CaptureGem doesn't store your card details and has no access to them.

Yes. Our sister site CamTrove sells 30-day, 90-day and 365-day Premium plans for cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin at camtrove.com/choose-plan. These plans include CaptureGem Premium: activate it in the app with the email address of your CamTrove account. Cryptocurrency plans don't renew automatically, so buy a new plan when yours ends.

1. In CaptureGem, open the Settings tab and select Activate Premium next to your license status.
2. Enter the email address of your account and verify it with the code that is emailed to you. You can also use a one-time code from App License Code on your account page; it expires after 15 minutes.
3. When the license is active, Settings shows License active. and the Premium settings are unlocked.

If you just subscribed or renewed and Premium doesn't show yet, restart CaptureGem. To use a different email address later, select Change Email in the same place.

Yes. CaptureGem Premium includes complimentary CamTrove Premium, an archive of thousands of recordings, at no extra cost. To get it, link your accounts:

1. Sign in to CamTrove (or create a CamTrove account) and open your CamTrove account page.
2. On the Link CaptureGem Premium card, select Link Your Account, enter the email address of your CaptureGem account and select Verify & Send Code.
3. Confirm with the code or the Confirm Account Link button in the email. They expire after 15 minutes.

CamTrove Premium then stays active while your CaptureGem Premium is active. Your CamTrove account can use a different email address. See How to Link Your CaptureGem Account to CamTrove for details and troubleshooting.
