New version 2.9.8 fixes Chaturbate and CamSoda video transcoding issues and last recorded times

Hello everyone,

I am happy to announce 2.9.8 is now ready! This is a continuation of fixes for Chaturbate and CamSoda recordings.

• Re-transcodes videos after they are done recording to auto-fix any encoding issues that sometimes occur. Although this is less I/O efficient than simply moving the file to the output dir, it is necessary to fix encoding issues (performance still seems good though).
• Fixes the Last Recorded times at startup to load immediately
• Fixes issues with Edit Video with Chaturbate
• Fixes edge case of image grid generation where if one section of the image grid doesn't work, it will create a black rectangle for that small box.
• Fixes some monitoring screenshot generation issues by offsetting the time to -5 second for Chaturbate, CamSoda, and Dreamcam.
