New version 2.10.3 released with Chaturbate rate limiting bypass support

Very happy to announce 2.10.3 is now released!
Changes:
- Added long-awaited support for bypassing Chaturbate's rate limiting via the Settings tab. This is an experimental feature that involves adding your session cookies into the config. See the full instructions here
- Fixed issue where you could not delete the original video after editing a video
- Added new option to hide or show columns, and optional new Rating column
- Improved latency for favoriting a video in Review tab
- Other minor fixes and improvements
