New version 2.13.5 released with performance improvements

We are delighted to release CaptureGem version 2.13.5, which mainly has performance improvements.
What's New
- Added new global queue to throttle and track all web requests to prevent overloading your system and causing IPC errors. This can be monitored by clicking on the grey or green dot on the top right of the UI
- Added more max resolution options
- Improved startup to scan and reconcile your files with interrupts to be more performant at startup
- Added new option to improve the efficiency of the startup scans for performance reasons, but it will do less checks
- Added new "none" option for segment verification, which is the new default for all sites except Stripchat. Note you will need to go into the modal and do "Reset to Default" if you are migrating from 2.13.4.
- Added version checking to transcoder program, and updates to the transcoder audit file
- Improved startup so it doesn't start all models on auto record at the same time, but rather starts them each over a random 15 second period.
