New version 2.11.9 released with Stripchat fixes for skipped frames and API changes

Dear community, we are happy to announce 2.11.9 is now released!

Changes:

• Fixes a significant issue with Stripchat recordings where many frames were being skipped. This was due to incorrectly concatenating the preview video segments instead of decrypting the full media segments.
• Fixes calls to Stripchat API due to recent changes on their end
• Decreases segment groupings to from 120 to 64 to decrease risk of video data transcoding loss
