New version 2.11.4 released with Stripchat consistency fixes

Dear community, we are happy to announce 2.11.4 is now released! This greatly improves consistency with Stripchat recordings, especially Stripchat VR recordings.
Changes:
- Adds new transcoding logic for Stripchat and Stripchat VR that creates multiple video parts of up to 120 segments each, and then combines them into the final video
- Fixes more edge cases and improves consistency with Stripchat recordings
- Improves file system operations for Stripchat recordings
