CaptureGem 2.14.5 released with MKV recording, stream-quality handling, and reliability improvements

CaptureGem version 2.14.5 is now available. This release adds MKV recording, makes recordings more resilient when a stream changes quality, and includes a range of reliability improvements.
What's New
- Save new recordings as MKV: choose MKV in Settings when you prefer that format. MKV may help improve overall video integrity, while MP4 remains the default for now.
- Better handling for changing stream quality: when a source changes resolution during a recording, CaptureGem can now keep the usable parts together instead of losing parts of the recording.
- More dependable connections: improved recovery when a stream segment cannot be downloaded, helping recordings continue through temporary connection or source issues.
- CaptureGem now handles videos with unusual filenames more gracefully and better preserves your video details when files are renamed or moved.
- Improved recording-process stability: fixed several issues that could lead to IPC errors or leave recording status updates and background tasks stuck.
