CaptureGem 2.14.11: ManyVids support, send failed recordings to support, and more reliable Chaturbate and Stripchat recording

CaptureGem 2.14.11 adds ManyVids Live recording, lets Premium members send a failed recording to our support team right from the app, and makes Chaturbate and Stripchat recording more dependable.

What's New

• ManyVids support. CaptureGem can now record public ManyVids Live shows. Paste a creator's room URL, such as manyvids.com/live/cam/creator_handle, or select ManyVids and enter their room handle. You don't need a ManyVids account, and recording works in the desktop app on Windows, macOS, and Linux. See the ManyVids recording guide.
• Send failed recordings to support. Premium members can now send a recording that didn't convert straight to CaptureGem support. Choose Send to support on a failed item in the Transcoding Queue, in Unfinished recordings, or from a video's temp files in Review. Include the video data or only the logs and settings, add a short description, and you'll get a case number when the upload finishes. Uploads are kept privately for 7 days, and support replies by email. The first time, you may be asked to confirm your email with a sign-in code. Learn how it works.
• Fewer Chaturbate rate limits. CaptureGem now checks whether Chaturbate models are online with far fewer requests, so it's much less likely to be slowed down by Chaturbate's limits and miss the start of a show. If Chaturbate does pause requests, CaptureGem waits and retries automatically, with nothing for you to do. You no longer need Custom Headers to avoid rate limits; they're still available for signed-in sessions, restricted regions and age verification.
• Chaturbate on more connections. Online checks now work on many VPN and server connections that Chaturbate previously blocked.
• Stripchat in more places. If your network or internet provider blocks Stripchat's usual video server, CaptureGem now switches to a working backup server automatically, just like Stripchat's own player. This also helps Stripchat VR and XHamsterLive.
• Stripchat keeps recording when a quality is unavailable. If Stripchat refuses one video quality, CaptureGem continues at the next best quality within your resolution setting instead of stopping or saving nothing.
• Proxy mode fixes for Stripchat. Fixed a problem where Stripchat could show a "Sorry, you have been blocked" page while you browse through CaptureGem's recording proxy. Stripchat proxy recordings that change quality partway through now convert properly instead of failing.
• Better audio sync. When a short piece of a stream is missed, CaptureGem now fills that moment with silence, so the audio stays lined up with the video for the rest of the recording.
• Per-site settings apply to the right site. Max resolution per site now takes effect for the site you set it on. Before, TangoMe, MyFreeCams, Flirt4Free, Cams.com, Cam4, Dreamcam, SexLikeReal, Sexchat.hu, and XLoveCam recordings could use another site's setting, and the Cams.com and Sexchat.hu settings weren't applied at all.
• Easier troubleshooting. View Audit Files in Queue Status history now finds the details for conversions that failed or are waiting to retry, and Open file location goes straight to the right folder. The audit window's headings and statistics are also easier to read.
