Version 2.7.10 released with new way to change recording save directory, and other improvements and fixes

• Can now change the output directory for recordings in the basic settings
• Fixed opening from shortcut on Windows
• Improved handling of offline states and added private mode detection for some sites
• Improved error handling, queuing, and auto-reconnects for Dreamcam VR recordings
• Added retries for downloading HLS segments via HTTP
• Improvements to internal handling of canceled recordings
• System Monitor now persists to disk, so you can see errors after recorderd restarts
• Improved remote error reporting and panic detection
• Restart background process button now starts the process if it wasn't already running, as opposed to only restarting the existing process
• Other miscellaneous stability improvements and fixes
