New version 2.9.6 fixes Chaturbate recording issues and other UI updates

- Fixed Chaturbate recordings. Chaturbate.com changed the stream formats and URLs on their end, so we needed to update CaptureGem to fix it.
- Added confirm dialog when you try to close settings and have unsaved changes.
- Added warning when changing your save directory.
- Improved updater.exe to fix race conditions on Windows. Note that if you wish to use the improved updater program, you will need re-download CaptureGem and copy it into the .in directory of your CaptureGem folder. Ask in our Discord if you have any questions. This is for Windows only.
- Other minor fixes and styling changes.
