New version 2.9.17 released with important bug fixes for short recordings on external drives and idle CPU utilization

Hello everyone, happy to announce 2.9.17 is now released! This contains a few important fixes.
Changes:
- Fixes issue for some Windows setups where recordings were ending too early when using external drives
- Fixes bug causing high CPU utilization when recorderd is idling
- Fixes selection of recording resolution for BongaCams
Note for Windows users: updating from inside the app does not always work, so you may need to download the new version and unzip it over the old version, or into a new directory.
